Paul Revere Condominiums

The Paul Revere Condominiums, or 61 Prince Street is a beautifully restored elevator building that was constructed from a former neighborhood grammar school to condos and continues to enrich the historic nature of the North End. The Paul Revere Condominiums was converted around 1985. There are a total of four stories and 24 apartments within the complex. Proudly, this building is pet-friendly.
The complex has various floor plans and layouts throughout the building. The building contains one, two, and three-bedroom homes. The sizes range from 600 to 1300 +/- Square Feet. Many of these homes feature central air, washer/dryers, hardwood floors, extra storage, balconies, or decks. Some of the best highlights of 61 Prince Street is the unique ceiling height and extra-large windows.
The North End is the oldest and one of the most popular neighborhoods in Boston. Located on one of the legendary streets in the North End, it is centered within all the local restaurants, cafes, and trade shops. The property is approximately ¼ mile northeast of the downtown Financial District and steps to the Waterfront, Harbor Front Walk, Rose Kennedy Greenway, and Faneuil Hall. Vehicles have excellent access to Interstate 93, Storrow Drive, and the Mass Turnpike. The main public transportation hub sites of North and South Station are approximately ½ mile from the complex.
